Dominik did a fantastic job of getting my front door speakers clean. I never thought it would look how it originally did, but he got it incredibly clean as you can see in the before and after pictures. Pricing was great and the mobile service at my home was convenient. He even threw in a complimentary carpet shampoo and vacuuming. Can’t recommend enough!



I first noticed the Cloud Nine team working on a car in our office parking lot. After the detailing was completed, I saw the same car again later while heading home and could clearly see the differencethe transformation was impressive. That visual impact alone convinced me of the quality of their work.

I decided to hire them for full car detailing, including interior detailing and exterior coating. Their professionalism stood out immediately. They informed me in advance when they were on the way and continued to keep me updated on the status over the phone. I simply handed over the car, and within three hours, I got it back looking like a brand-new vehicle.

Since kids regularly use my car, there had been food spills and stains inside. After the detailing, the interior was spotless, hygienic, and completely free of any smell or odor. The exterior coating was equally impressive—the finish looked fresh and well-protected.

What I appreciated most is that I didn’t choose them based on Google reviews. I hired them purely based on the work I personally witnessed on my colleague’s car in our parking lot. I had some chocolate spills and melted into the perforated leather on the back seat. I called Dominik and he was very responsive and helpful. He drove to me and got the mess cleaned up quickly and efficiently.

I really needed a detail completed in short notice and texted Cloud 9 Saturday after Thanksgiving to try and get a detail completed by the end of the day. The company said it could do it but would be late, and said they had portable lighting systems. It was in the 40 degree area and I asked if the next day would be better for them. The company came out on Sunday and although in the temperature was still in the 40s they completed the job.

Dominikk showed up on time and is the consummate professional in the industry, which frankly can be a coin toss in quality.
